Loqate Integration

We’ve teamed up with Loqate to allow you to perform address & postcode lookups directly from within ClinicOffice.

How does it work?

It’s incredibly easy to use… wherever you enter an address in ClinicOffice, simply use the Loqate search bar. You can either enter the postcode, or just start typing the address as shown in the examples below…

What does it cost?

Loqate integration is offered as a standard feature of ClinicOffice, so there are no additional charges from us. However, you do have to purchase a “credit pack” from Loqate in order to use their lookup service.

The good news is that when you first sign up, Loqate will give you 50 FREE lookups to use, so it’s well worth signing up just to test out the system.

How do I sign up?

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please follow these steps CLOSELY when signing up for your Loqate account, otherwise your account might not work with ClinicOffice. If you need any assistance, please call us on 01205 205500 and we’ll be happy to help.

STEP 1

Firstly, CLICK HERE to sign up for your FREE Loqate account (this is a special link which notifies Loqate and us that you’re using ClinicOffice). Fill in your details and then click the SIGN UP button.

STEP 2

Loqate will send you a “welcome email” which contains your Account Code (which looks something like “ABCDE12345“). Please make a note of your Account Code and then follow the instructions in the email to login to your Loqate account.

NOTE: When you first login, you will need to complete a short GDPR questionnaire.

STEP 3

Once you’ve logged in to your Loqate account, click ADD SERVICE (at the top right) and then click API KEY to add an API Key to your account, then click SAVE.

The screen should now be showing your new API KEY. ClinicOffice needs to know this, so please make a note of it (or copy it to the clipboard).

STEP 4

The last step is to link up ClinicOffice with your Loqate account. To do this :-

[1] In ClinicOffice, click VIEW | PROGRAM SETTINGS
[2] Go to the “Global Settings” tab and click “Setup Loqate
[3] Enter your Loqate ACCOUNT CODE and API KEY (from STEPS 2 & 3) into this screen
[4] Click the “TEST” button to make sure ClinicOffice can communicate correctly with Loqate

Congratulations! Your Loqate account should now be integrated with ClinicOffice!
