      We use the Open Items Report to flag up issues and anomalies which arise at a busy clinic. Our control process is that all these items require investigation. Sometimes it shows an error that needs correction and sometimes it shows a correct balance that may not unwind for some months.

      So we export the report to Excel and add a notes column that shows the results of the investigation and any action required.

      Ideally we would like add these notes and comments to the Patient details in Clinic Office so that they would appear on the report. This could be done in the notepad in Patient details for instance. Or by adding an additional finance notes/text field.

      (The notepad is quite a large field so could be easier just to show the first “x” number of characters in the report (30 characters would be good, 15 ok).

      Is this a possibility?
