      Hi I am alway struggling with my online questionnaires and my intakeforms for adults or children. At the moment I am copying the results of those online forms from my email, to the designated session notes.

      What a relieve it would be, when these Clinical Forms were delivered straight to the place where they belong: the Session Notes.

      I wouldn’t mind buying an extra module, where the patient could fill out a form in a section of the Online Diary. This Clinical Form would then be visible in the Session Notes belonging to that patient.
