I’ve just started doing facebook ads and there was a big pop up asking me if i wanted to intergrate it with my CRM, is there anything in the pipeline that could integrate pioneer to the facebook data so we can effectively market to them

Thanks for the question.

There are no immediate plans to integrate with the Facebook platform in this particular way. I notice you mention CRM. Although it can be used to complete related tasks, ClinicOffice isn’t primarily a CRM system and is more focused on the Clinic management side of things. Having said that, we are always looking to expand the capabilities of the software, so it’s not something that we have written off completely.

Hi, i posted this a couple of years ago, is there any quick way to get a csv file downlaoded from facebook & upload it to clinic office so we can get them on the system fast? Rather than say opy and pasting their details etc.

Hi,

ClinicOffice does offer extensive import functionality via csv files as you mention, however this would really rely on whether Facebook itself allows for the extraction. If it does, then importing contact details shouldn’t be too difficult at all.
