The Online Diary allows you to be selective over which appointment types that you offer can be booked online. It may be that certain appointment types require the patient to call the Clinic to book and this is where this feature can be handy.
Firstly, you will need to open the main ClinicOffice application and head to the ‘VIEW’ tab, then ‘Types and Categories’. You then need to click on ‘Appointment Types’ and you should see a list of your appointment types displayed with one of the options being ‘Bookable Online’ as below.
Any appointment with a tick in this box will be offered to a patient who is booking via the online diary.
(Once changes are made, please allow up to 5 minutes for the diary to adjust itself.)
