    Hi there

    I’m running COv4 with the latest update which has removed the visual flag indicator on the appointment (in diary screen view). We’ve just accepted the change and tried it for a few weeks but because we can no longer see if an appointment reminder is set and has been sent, it’s causing major problems. We’re in a poor broadband connection area so occasionally it goes down and we cannot instantly see if the reminders have been sent or not!

    Is there a way to switch the flags so they can be viewed all the time in diary view?

    Hi

    Thanks for the post. We have noticed this with a few users. Although you mentioned you are running the latest 1072 update we did actually make a few adjustments recently to address the issue with the flag not appearing on the diary and re-released 1072. Please download this via the link below and install it.
