We wanted our forum to be easily accessible for our users, so at first, you could post questions and create topics freely, unfortunately however this did get abused, and so we have introduced an account approval system for our forum.
Registering is still completely free, and we will always offer ClinicOffice support on our forum free of charge, but here’s one or two pointers to help with the registration process.
When you first access our forum, you will notice it looks more or less as the in the image below.
Towards the right, you will notice a login interface, and just beneath this, there is a ‘Register‘ button. (As shown below) Click this and follow the registration instructions. **Tip – Try to use an email that we have on file for you, as this will speed up the account approval process.**
Once you have submitted your account request, we will review it, and accept it. Usually, we will be able to accept the account within 10 minutes if the request is made within office working hours. (8:30am to 5:30pm) If the request is taking a little longer, it may be that we have emailed you to confirm one or two more details, so please check your inbox. If not, then feel free to send us an email (info@pioneersoftware.co.uk) and we will try and speed things up for you.
Once the account has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please follow the instructions there, and once done, you will be ready to post, and become a part of our forum!
