    System has stopped displaying the set information to display for each patient ( name, clinic number, appointment type) and is just displaying the word ‘booked’ in the allocated time slot.

    No settings have been adjusted, the software has just changed upon logging in today.

    What has occurred and how can this be reverted back to display required information?
