      Thank you for your reply,
I have naturally made sure the details are correct and have tried a number of different email addresses but to no avail.

        Thank you for the reply.
There is no option to email error.
When I try to send reminders either for individual appointments or through a pre-organised contact rule, this message comes in

              Hello.
Is there any way of having patients names included in this detailed summary at all?

This appears to happen every time the computer is reactivated from screen saver, so fairly often yes.
                The antivirus is AVG.

                  Hello Josh,
This is a new all-in-1 pc, running windows 10, on an i3 processor with 4Gb ram (so within your requirements).
The error message seems to come from clinic office (see below)

                      Hello,
                      Thank you for your reply.
Having tried all 3 the only option which appears to work is emailing through clinic office.
Is this option going to be available permanently for me, as i do not have the email module purchased.
                      Regards

                          Hello Again,
I am not sure if there has been another update from your end or if it is a Microsoft update, but,
now when we try to send patients documents (email as pdf), clinic office opens MS office but there is no attachment in the email.

                                      Hello.
I have had the same issue since your last update.
I have made the changes described above but this has not reinstalled the appointment status notifications.
The recent update has also made the following months diary disappear from the diary navigator page. I am struggling to find how to get this back.
                                      Any advice please.

                                          Hello,
Since yesterday I have been having similar problems with google sync.
when I calendar sync with google calendar,
authentication and connecting to google account works ok,
but when I try to synchronise from clinic office to google calendar (not the other way which works fine) at 82% synchronisation I get this message:

                                          GoogleApiException and Forbidden [403] Errors[
                                          message[forbidden]location[-] Reason [forbidden] domain[global]

it then asks me if I would like to continue the synchronisation operation? YES or NO.
you can then continue to synchronise (although I am not sure if the synchronisation does complete.

                                            Hello.
I am running clinicOffice on windows 8.
Interestingly though, having looked at DPI I was at 150%.
I changed this to 100%, and then had space in the box to input the information.
Fortunately since changing back to 150% again, this hasn’t returned to its previous format, so I am now able to use the box for information.
                                            Thanks

Was a solution ever found for this?
I am having similar problems shutting down ClinicOffice and reopening on one of my computers too.
I have made ClinicOffice an exception in my anti-virus but backgrouond processes keep running after a shut down meaning I cannot reopen the programme unless I control+alt+delete, task manager and end task for clinic office in the background processes.

I understand what you are explaining, but this doesn’t seem to make a difference.
This happens on both PCs running clinic office with different screen sizes.
The quick transaction box is open fully and it is still not possible to see what is in the Qty/code/description box.
