Simple! Just create an appointment in your diary (exactly as you normally would) then…

• At the bottom of the Appointment screen, click the CREATE ZOOM MEETING button.
• A “Create Zoom Meeting” options screen appears so you can set a few options. Once you’re done, click OK.
• That’s it! Your Zoom meeting has now been scheduled!

Using the Patient Contact Centre you can configure an email or SMS Appointment Reminder to send the patient their “Zoom link”, which allows them to join the meeting on their phone, tablet or computer.
