The ClinicOffice Online Services are additional internet-based services we offer which run alongside ClinicOffice, including:

ClinicOffice Online (web-based access to ClinicOffice )
Online Booking for Patients
E-DOCS (allows patients to complete online forms)
Online Payments (patients can pay for appointments online)
…and more!

Probably the biggest feature of our Online Services is ClinicOffice Online which is essentially a “lite” edition of the ClinicOffice software running inside your web-browser. Patients can use this to book their own appointments, and Staff can use this to view their diary, patients and clinical information.

Features for Staff Members

When a Staff Member logs on, they will be able to access their own diary (or even the entire clinic diary if they have permission). They can also :-

Access the full ClinicOffice Diary and customise their view
Add, Edit, Cancel or Delete appointments
Drag-and-Drop appointments to move them to different time slots
Cut, Copy, Paste and Block Copy appointments
View Patient Records and Clinical Summaries
Configure their own Working Hours
Write up patient Clinical notes
Upload patient documents
Message staff internally

Features for Patients

You can optionally configure the Online Diary to allow your patients to log in to the website, which allows them to :-

- View their past, present and future appointments
- Book a New Appointment using the appointment booking wizard
- Edit their own details e.g. to update address or contact details
- Pay for an appointment via a number of integrated payment providers
- Cancel a future appointment (dependent on your configurable cancellation policy)
- You can also allow new patients to self-register and complete their own details
- Fully functioning ‘iframe’ feature that allows for direct integration with your website. Click here for more information
- Securely upload documents directly to your clinic via their Patient Portal

Requirements and Pricing

ClinicOffice Online Services are only available to customers who are using either:

- ClinicOffice v6; or
- ClinicOffice v5 Server Edition with an active Support Plan

ClinicOffice v6 Hosted customers automatically receive one free “web user” as part of their Hosted subscription.
Non-hosted customers (i.e. COv6 Local Install or COv5 Server Edition) can add Online Services to their account for £10+vat per month.
