Telehealth is the name given to software which allows you to care for your patients via live video consultations.
To make this possible, we’ve integrated ClinicOffice with Zoom – one of the world’s leading video conferencing platforms.
The integration is seamless, easy-to-use and best of all is a standard feature of ClinicOffice, hence there are no additional charges from us.
Step 1 – Is that you need a paid account/subscription to Zoom. Free Zoom accounts are not compatible with the integration they offer.
Step 2 – You then need to add ClinicOffice to your Zoom account via the Zoom App Marketplace. (If you skip this step, Zoom will not allow a connection to ClinicOffice, so it’s really important!)
To add ClinicOffice as an app within the Zoom App Marketplace, you’ll need to log into your Zoom account via a web browser. Once you’re logged in, on the left options panel, scroll down to Advanced -> App Marketplace. Then type ‘ClinicOffice’ into the search bar from the App Marketplace, select it, and click the Add button. (You may need to click accept or allow to any permission related messages.)
Your Zoom account is now ready to be connected with ClinicOffice.
Simple! Just create an appointment in your diary (exactly as you normally would) then…
Using the Patient Contact Centre you can configure an email or SMS Appointment Reminder to send the patient their “Zoom link”, which allows them to join the meeting on their phone, tablet or computer.
