The support provided by the Pioneer Team is awesome. I have been setting up the e-forms for our clinics and it has been made so much easier because I know the guys are there at the end of the phone, not just answering my query but providing extra tips that are useful to me too. A masive thanks to all of them

Have been a client for more then 10 years. I have very good experiences working with the online dairy and have always received very friendly service. I can really recommend pioneer software.

I recently upgraded my clinic software and I must say I was worried about the technical side of switching all of the clinical data. However my experience was seamless and stress free. 5/5 can’t recommend enough

Have Been using Pioneer Software now for over 12 years, and will continue to. As not only does Clinic office do everything I need really well. Hadleigh and his Support team are EXCELLENT, always at the end of a phone to fix anything or improve. Thank You.

We have been using clinicoffice since we started 10 years ago, originally the cloud-based system and then the server-based one as we grew in size. I have no hesitation in recommending both of them. The system is easy to use and flexible, and it covers all our patient record and diary management needs. The people are friendly and helpful, and have always been able to come up with a quick solution whenever I have a query or new report request.
We have been using ClinicOffice diary software for about 10 years and it is superb. It is easy to use, very reliable and comprehensive in the services and applications it offers. Most importantly, however, the technical support that the small team at Pioneer offer is second to none. Their patience with those of us less IT savvy is endless and they answer every query and sort any rare glitch with speed, skill and good humour. ClinicOffice has literally transformed our busy clinic.

Pioneer software has been all invaluable source of support to our business.Clinic office has slowed us to go completely paper free and as we set it up before COVID we were in an ideal position to switch to virtual consultations from anywhere in the globe.

I have been working with the team at Pioneer and using Clinic Office for several years now. I really like how customisable the system is which makes it the perfect solution for our business needs. Having worked with many IT software companies over the years, the one thing Pioneer truly excel at is the excellent level of support they offer. They are always available on the end of the phone and more often than not resolve any queries during the first phone call. You do not normally get this high level of customer service with other companies in the same sector - it's very refreshing!
