Hosted customers automatically receive our premium support with their subscription. For Local Installs there is a modest monthly fee. Even if you decide not to join the Support Plan, you can still receive free email support.

Our Knowledgebase should usually be your first port-of-call when you need some help.

With well over a hundred FAQ articles, there’s a good chance your problem/question has already been addressed. The articles are arranged into logical sections, plus there’s a handy SEARCH feature to find the information you need.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To receive ongoing technical support from our help desk, you will need to join the ClinicOffice Support Plan. If you decide not to join, then there is a charge of £40+vat for each support instance.
