ClinicOffice Support Plan

The ClinicOffice Support Plan is our premium support plan which we offer to ClinicOffice customers, to help you get the most out of the software.

Hosted customers automatically receive this as standard with their subscription.
For Local Installs there is a monthly fee – please see further down this page for the pricing.
If you decide not to join the Support Plan, you can still receive free support via our Support Forums.

So… what are the key benefits of the ClinicOffice Support Plan?

What does the Support Plan give you?

Telephone, Email and Online Help Desk Support
You can call our help desk during office hours, and using remote support sessions, we’ll do our best to assist you with any ClinicOffice-related questions or issues. You also receive priority email support and use of our Online Help Desk system.
Free Program Updates
We’re constantly working on improving our software and regularly release updates which are made freely available to Support Plan customers.
Access to Online Services
Support Plan customers have access to our Online Backup service which can be configured to automatically backup your database and upload the backups to our secure server, giving extra peace of mind. They can also use our E-Docs service so patients can complete “Online Forms” and sign documents online.
Discounts on Training and Other Services
Support Plan customers receive significant discounts on Form & Report Designing, along with discounts on other services like On-Site Training, Data Conversions and Bespoke Development.
Priority "Wish List" Implementation
We maintain a “wish list” so that customers can make requests for new features or changes. Requests from Support Plan customers are given priority so that you can have a more active role in shaping the your clinical software.

What does the Support Plan Cost?

Hosted customers automatically receive this as standard with their subscription, so there’s no additional charge.

For customers who pay monthly for a Local Install of ClinicOffice v6, the cost is +£15 per month on the monthly subscription.

For customers who purchased older versions of ClinicOffice (i.e. v5 and earlier), please see below:
