Payment Integration

ClinicOffice is fully integrated with a payment provider called DOJO. This is an all-in-one solution.

Signing up for an account with DOJO will allow you to:

Quickly and easily process credit/debit cards directly from ClinicOffice
Send out invoices with a secure payment link so that clients can pay online
Allow patients to book and pay for their own appointments via the Online Diary

What are the benefits?

Increased Efficiency – When taking card payments, you would usually have to process the card AND then record the payment in ClinicOffice. This becomes a one-step process, saving time and increasing efficiency.
PCI DSS Compliance – You can have peace of mind that the providers we work with are 100% PCI DSS compliant. Confidential card details are never stored on your computers and sensitive data is always encrypted.
Low Transaction Costs – We’ve negotiated excellent discounted rates for ClinicOffice customers. Please compare the card processing fees to other companies such as PayPal or Stripe to see how much you’d save.
Improved Cashflow with Online Payments – The ability to send online payment links directly from ClinicOffice means that invoices often get paid more quickly, resulting in better cashflow for your business.

What does it cost?

Payment integration is a standard feature in ClinicOffice, so the good news is that there are ABSOLUTELY no charges from us!
(NOTE: The only slight caveat is to accept online payments, you need to be either a ClinicOffice v6 customer, or a Support Plan member.)

Obviously, you will have to pay card processing fees.

DOJO enables you to process online payments e.g. for patients to book and pay for appointments online via your website. You’ll also be sent a physical card terminal which has contactless capabilities.

Physical Card Machine

DOJO provide physical card terminal(s) which fully integrate with ClinicOffice for a faster payment experience.

Online Payments

DOJO provide an ECOM account that supports online payments, and allows you to take payments over the telephone.

A physical card terminal is the most convenient solution for “customer present” transactions.

This not only allows your clients to pay by inserting their card into the terminal and entering their PIN, but also supports ‘contactless’ payments, so clients can just ‘tap’ their card to pay for smaller amounts.

With the ability to take online payments without the patient present, a DOJO account is versatile. You have options that include taking payment over the telephone, or via a payment link that can be emailed directly to the patient.

If you’d like to fully utilize the online diary for patients to book their own appointments, DOJO facilitates payment either in full or via a preconfigured deposit amount.
