User Licenses for the Hosted Edition start at £30 per user per month, and the price decreases the more you have, as follows :-

Q. Is there a minimum contract period?
Q. What happens to my database if I decide to cancel?
After cancelling your service, we’ll double check with you that you’ve exported your data and then your database will be permanently erased from our server. We can also provide you with full database dump (in CSV format) of all your data tables if that’s helpful.
Q. How secure is my database on your hosted server?
To access a database on our Hosted Server, there are two layers of authentication.
Firstly, you login to one of our Hosted Windows Servers via your own private account. This connection is encrypted using Kerberos or TLS (aka SSL) for authentication, which according to Microsoft is “stronger encryption than your browser uses when communicating with your bank”.
Secondly, once connected to your private Hosted Account, you then still have to login to your ClinicOffice database with your own username/password combination.
Furthermore, your data is stored in an encrypted format, with the additional option to enable 2 factor authentication via SMS or a mobile app. In other words… your data is very secure.
For further peace of mind, we are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office on the Data Protection Register as a “data handler” which means that we comply with all their requirements for handling sensitive data.
Q. Can I try out the Hosted Edition to see how it performs?
Do you require any of the add-on modules?
Allows you to save documents/images/files in your database (attaching them to patient records or session notes) and also to upload scanned images.

You can add comprehensive clinical notes as standard. This module allows you to design advanced forms to add even more detail and structure to your clinical notes.

Draw “visual notes” on images which can be attached to clinical records. Select from a library of visual templates or import your own templates.

Turns ClinicOffice into a full email program. Integrates emails with your patient and contact records and enhances team collaberation for your staff.

Allows you to keep track of stock levels for items at your clinic. You can also raise Purchase Orders and log deliveries into stock when they’re received.

The Online Diary allows you (and your staff) to view your diary via any web-browser (on any device). It also allows patients to login and book their own appointments!
