ClinicOffice has revolutionised the way we run our clinic. In a short amount of time we’ve been able to learn how to use the system through great training and a fantastic support team on the end of the phone who are always ready-and-willing to help. We’ve consistently been impressed with how flexible the system is which has allowed us to customise the set up in a straightforward manner in order to meet the needs of the business.

Before signing up to ClinicOffice, we compared several different database providers and I can honestly say this system far exceeds everything else I came into contact with on the market. I wholeheartedly recommend ClinicOffice and Pioneer Software.

We have been using ClinicOffice for some seven years or more and are delighted with the program in every way. We searched hard and long to find a suitable software for our clinics and eventually found ClinicOffice. As Clinic Practice Manager for a large training clinic, I have found the ClinicOffice diary management system provides a clear, multidisciplinary patient management system. We are currently piloting the electronic patient records system and are so far please with the functionality of the programme.  We have found Hedley and his team extremely helpful and very quick to provide solutions to our enquiries. As one of the largest training clinics in Europe we often have complex and changing needs which the Pioneer team always seem happy to tackle.

We are a busy osteopathic teaching clinic based in Maidstone Kent. We carry out over 20,000 patient treatments a year and have around 120 clinicians working various shift patterns through the year. We have only limited IT support so needed an application that was easy to use and maintain and most important of all highly reliable.

We have been running the server edition of ClinicOffice since May 2010 and have been very pleased with both the software and the ongoing support provided. It is not only an easy to use way of handling your clinic diary and booking system, it also sits upon a powerful database that provides you will all the information necessary to manage both your patients and clinicians. We are now looking for the best way to utilise all this data as a research tool.

ClinicOffice has proven to be highly reliable and easy to maintain. Support when needed has been excellent with lots help available when required. We look forward to see the software develop to meet the challenges of the next five years.

After looking around and test driving the various packages on the market, I tried ClinicOffice. From first installation and demo tutorial it follows a logical and simple pattern. The screen is clean in design and the version upgrades to newer versions have transitioned seamlessly.

Database searching is straightforward, and most importantly for a clinician of the body, help is always at hand. In my many phone-calls to the support team, I have always been dealt with quickly and had any issue resolved. The remote support is a large worry taken away.

What we look for at this clinic is reliability, professional responsibility and calm. With ClinicOffice we are in control of our notes, our invoicing and insurance records. I recommend this package to any osteopath etc. The transition is daunting, but a friendly team is always there to help.

St Mellion Cosmetic Clinic has it’s head office in Plymouth and 2 consulting rooms in Exeter and Manchester. It’s vital for us to be able to update and view patients details in all 3 of our clinics. We have been using ClinicOffice since we opened 4 years ago and have quite recently started using the Hosted Edition which allows us more freedom when moving around. We’ve always found the staff, both technical and admin, to be very quick to respond to any queries, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

This is one of the few service providers I’ve come across as a manager, where you’re NOT put in a queue for 20 minutes before anyone answers, put on hold when they do answer and then transferred to another department! It’s great to speak with real people who know what they’re doing as soon as the phone is answered, a pleasant and refreshing experience!! I would definitely recommend them, the service is second to none.

Open Door is a relatively small charity that offers counselling and psychotherapy to young people and parents in London. We deliver over 4,000 appointments each year. Five years ago, we were still in the dark ages when it came to information technology and were heavily dependent on paper based systems.

Thanks to some external funding we took the big leap forward and searched the market for a package which would help us efficiently manage our appointments. We chose ClinicOffice and have never looked back. Although we have no in-house IT staff, we customised and implemented ClinicOffice in 9 weeks. This has enabled all staff to access and update information about appoints and patients. Although some clinicians were sceptical about the change, most found this transition relatively easy and would not wish to go back to our old systems.

I have tried at least 13 different EMR (Electronic Medical record) systems before choosing ClinicOffice as my preferred system.
I made this decision because there is NO other system out there which allowed me to design, customize and modify my patient records in accordance with my needs and preferences. ClinicOffice is a very comprehensive software with a very intuitive user friendly interface which has helped me immensely in managing my private practice.

I have clinics in London and Dubai and have found it extremely useful to manage both of these with one software which integrates all my patient data with the financial activities and allows me to produce reports with extreme ease. ClinicOffice truly is the most advanced practice management solution available. The program has been superbly crafted and completely satisfies all of the demands of a busy (>25 clinicians, 12 reception staff) private clinic.

What I love most about ClinicOffice is that it’s almost completely customizable so you can design screen interfaces, data entry forms and reports that perfectly match your clinical operations to a ‘T’. I haven’t seen another product that matches ClinicOffice for its functionality, adaptability and overall sophistication. The support service is 100% as well!

ClinicOffice has automated so many of the day to day tasks that I used to do manually and which I now take for granted. My non-attendance rate has plummeted now that I can send texts to patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, and contacting patients at specific times after treatments or enquiries has become very simple.

My administrative staff can’t do without ClinicOffice and although there is a short learning curve, once the software is mastered it is very intuitive. I hold regular open evenings and many people want to know of the next available spaces at open evenings – again ClinicOffice makes automating the invitations a few clicks away.

We are a well established, multi-disciplinary private practice who have been using ClinicOffice for approximately 5 years. We find the software ideal in meeting our requirements when it comes to diary management and finances; we have approximately 14 practitioners currently on our system.

It is very user friendly and we are always assured of excellent technical support. Due to our busy clinic diary we especially welcome the texting service in reminding patients of their appointments.

Many aspects of the ClinicOffice software have definitely helped in reducing some cumbersome job tasks for administrative staff allowing for more productivity in their job role.

As an existing ClinicOffice customer with a support contract we have been delighted at the response times to our problems but more to the point the effective resolution of the problem.

It demonstrates the knowledge base of the team and their willingness to log onto our systems if required and to see the problem through. We are based in Alicante Spain and run a British GP medical centre and have never felt closer to home when support was needed.

I downloaded the free 30 day trial (which I thought was a brilliant facility to offer!) and decided that this was exactly what I needed. I gave the Pioneer Software team a call and they were extremely helpful and sent the software CD and a handbook very quickly.

I contacted the help desk when I was ready to install the software and had our new ClinicOffice software up and running straight away. All the data I had used during the 30 day trial was saved and I just continued using it as before.

I would recommend this software to those who have a clinic of any kind as it offers so much. I use it as a database of contacts for clients and practitioners as well as the in built diary for appointment bookings and the facility to make letter templates which automatically uses the contacts to merge letters!

ClinicOffice was great for starting out and now my business has grown I can’t do without it. It was very useful to have someone on the end of the phone to talk to whenever I or my staff needed it.

My receptionists built up a good relationship with the support team who were always friendly and available. Now we are on top of the software we have stopped using the support service which has saved us some money. We don’t have to pay anything at all to keep on using the software which is definitely a bonus!

Here at ITRM Chiropractic Clinic, we have found that the ClinicOffice products have helped us manage our clinic from a clinical, administrative and financial point of view.

It has made the job of archiving patient records together with any other documents referring to that patient quick and easy to retrieve. The financial data is quickly accessible and makes bookeeping a lot less time consuming and much more efficient.

We have a pool of clinical staff to cover around 50 clinic slots per month. As they don’t all work every day we had a nightmare maintaining our activity on a paper diary.

Our Admin staff think it is great and we are just starting to get out reports of activity and patient attendance to help us with planning. The document handling is useful too since each patient will have been referred in by letter so a scan of this makes it available to clinical and accounting personnel. Support is very good so all in all I am very pleased we selected ClinicOffice.

Our Podiatrists and Physiotherapists have found the ability to scan files in and attach them to a patients notes very useful and as a clinic we find this especially useful for the insurance work we have, as information tends to come in from many different sources. We are able to drag and drop any files we need into a patients record, so everything is kept in one place.

They even have a system to backup our database each day, so I don’t have any worries if my own backups fail. It’s all been so easy!

As an osteopath with a very busy practice, I need a secure and efficient database to organize my clinic. ClinicOffice provides this in a beautiful way and has proved itself as one of the best investments of my clinic.

ClinicOffice is well integrated into Microsoft Windows which saves me a lot of time in making or downloading reports, letters, etc. I can attach documents to my patient’s reports in any format I like. There are many diary options which can easily be set to suit your personal preferences. One of my favourite tools in ClinicOffice is the ‘quick invoice’ button because of its efficiency. With this option I can create and print an invoice in about twenty seconds!

The support staff at Pioneer Software are extremely efficient and have excellent communication. Especially useful is the remote control connection that the helpdesk staff use, so that problems can be fixed right away.

To summarize, I can highly recommend ClinicOffice to any osteopath or other healthcare practitioner who likes a well organized office but prefers to stay focused on the health of his or her patients!
