Whilst we support various payment gateways through ClinicOffice, for clinics looking to simplify their billing through Direct Debit and automated payment collection, we also integrate with GoCardless. Signing up for an account with GoCardless will allow you to:

  • Perfect for wellness plans, memberships, or similar long term treatments that require payment plans.
  • Send custom Direct Debit links via email/SMS, straight from the patient record.
  • Easily manage recurring payments mandates for the Clinic, along with the Patients/Contacts they are linked to.

What are the costs and requirements?

There are ABSOLUTELY no charges from us! The only requirement is that you’re using ClinicOffice v6!

If you decide to use Go Cardless, you would have your own account with them and they will support you with all your payment processing requirements. As with any payment provider, there is a small ‘per transaction’ cost.

How do I start using GoCardless?

It’s really simple! All you have to do is sign up using the form below. You won’t be charged anything until you process a payment via Direct Debit.
