The ClinicOffice Online Services are additional internet-based services we offer which run alongside ClinicOffice, including:

ClinicOffice Web (web-based access to ClinicOffice for staff members)
Online Booking (built for your website)
Patient Portal (allows patients to manage their account, appointment history, send/receive documents securely etc…)
E-DOCS (allows patients to complete online forms)
Online Payments (patients can pay for appointments online)
…and more!

Probably the biggest feature of our Online Services is ClinicOffice Web which is essentially a “lite” edition of the ClinicOffice software running inside your web-browser. Patients can use this to book their own appointments, and Staff can use this to view their diary, patients and clinical information.

ClinicOffice Web – What’s Available?

For Staff

Allow staff access to their diary remotely (or even the entire clinic diary if they have permission). This comes with a range of features.

Requirements and Pricing

ClinicOffice Online Services are only available to customers who are using either:

- ClinicOffice v6; or
- ClinicOffice v5 Server Edition with an active Support Plan

COv6 Hosted customers automatically receive all Online Services plus one free “web user” as part of their subscription.
COv6 Local Install or COv5 Server Edition customers can add Online Services for £10+vat per month which also also grants 1 “web user”.
