Core Display Features

Comprehensive Appointment Data: You have the ability to adjust what’s shown, including start and end times, practitioner, room assignment, patient name, appointment type, clinic location, and status.
Colour-Coded Status Alerts: Visual status indicators change colour instantly when an appointment status updates to “Arrived,” “Cancelled,” or custom states.

Smart Multi-Page Paging: Displays up to 20 appointments per page by default, smoothly cycling through additional pages with each automated refresh.

Requirements and Pricing

The Patient Arrivals Screen is included with Online Services, and each login uses 1 web license. ClinicOffice Online Services are only available to customers who are using either:

- ClinicOffice v6; or
- ClinicOffice v5 Server Edition with an active Support Plan

ClinicOffice v6 Hosted customers automatically receive one free “web user” as part of their Hosted subscription.
Non-hosted customers (i.e. COv6 Local Install or COv5 Server Edition) can add Online Services to their account for £10+vat per month. Additional users can be added for £5+vat per month.
