Fixing High-DPI Scaling Issues

When using the ClinicOffice hosted version, text may appear very small on high-resolution displays.
The instructions below offer a way to resolve this known issue with Microsoft’s RDP connections.

  • Click on the button below to download the needed files.
  • After the file has downloaded go to your downloads folder.
  • Right Click on the zip file called RemoteApp_Fix_Client.zip and select extract all.
  • Choose your Desktop from the available file locations then click Extract.
  • Navigate to your desktop and run the “Client_Reg_Fix.reg” file.
  • Copy the “mstsc.exe.manifest” file into the folder “C:\Windows\System32”.
    (It should now be sitting alongside the “mstsc.exe” file.)
  • *** REBOOT *** <- IMPORTANT!

This will only work on Windows PC’s
