Simple Check-In Process

Checking in takes just four quick taps:

 [1] – Tap to Start
 [2] – First letter of surname
 [3] – Month of birth
 [4] – Day of birth

Highly Customisable

  • Custom Messages: Define custom messages based on whether the patient is late, or the type of appointment they are arriving for. You can also configure messages based on the Room or Staff Member, and adjust the priorities of those messages accordingly.
  • Custom Time Thresholds: Set a search range along with a time threshold for when an arrival is classed as late or early, and adjust the message displayed accordingly.
  • Adjust Visual Settings: Add your own branding / logo / colours, and adjust button sizes, and text content.
  • Multiple Clinic Profiles: Configure multiple profiles within the same database so that the check-in system can be used at different Clinics. This allows you to configure all of the above settings in a different way for each and every clinic or check-in screen that you have.

Requirements and Pricing

The Patient Check-In service is included with Online Services, and each login uses 1 web license. ClinicOffice Online Services are only available to customers who are using either:

    • ClinicOffice v6; or
    • ClinicOffice v5 Server Edition with an active Support Plan

ClinicOffice v6 Hosted customers automatically receive one free “web user” as part of their Hosted subscription.
Non-hosted customers (i.e. COv6 Local Install or COv5 Server Edition) can add Online Services to their account for £10+vat per month. Additional users can be added for £5+vat per month.
