      Yes! ClinicOffice 2005 is 100% compatible with Windows Vista.  **UPDATE This no longer applies with the latest COv5**

      **UPDATE** Microsoft Support for the original release of Windows Vista (without a service pack) ended on April 13, 2010. Windows Vista Service Pack 1 was retired on July 12, 2011, and Windows Vista Service Pack 2 reached its end of support on April 11, 2017
