Date Format

Hi,
I’m wondering if you can change the date format from american to english? On the payment receipt it has the payment date as one format, ie. for 24th February it has 2/24 instead of 24/2, can anyone assist with putting this the ‘right’ way around?

Hi there Chris,

Thanks for your post. Please see instructions below on how to change the date format;

1)Right Click the report and select DESIGN TEMPLATE
2)Look for the field that says ReportData.paymentdate and click the ‘>’ button
3)Click the … next to the FORMAT STRING field
4)Under the date/time section, select your date format. The one I think you are looking for is dd/MM/yyyy
5)Click OK and save the template. Run the report and see if this has updated the date.
