Using patient photo /also referral source at clinical notes

We started taking pics of our patients, surprisingly most have no objections, its a great tool to have and a good way to remind me of new patients in particular especially since i am very bad at remembering names.

The main window I use is the “enter session notes” as each patient is seen.

Is it possible to be able to see the photo of the patient in the “clinical notes- patient summary”, this will help a great deal in reminding me of the case without having to open the patient record then opening session notes again?

Is it also possible to see the referral source in “clinical notes- patient summary” which will remind the practitioner which patient was responsible for the referral and an opportunity to discuss that person, I would like to be able to connect with my patients in depth and build a trusting relationship. Like many clinics 60-70% or our patients are via word of mouth and its important to continue this.
