Clinic Audit

Just been to GOsC regional conference today at Gatwick which has inspired me to do a clinic audit on a regular basis… I think there will be moves towards making it mandatory in practice for research purposes…clinical outcomes and all that…

Can you please make a report that tell’s me
how many new patients / continuing patients were treated within the different treatment modalities per month (osteo, Pod, Acu etc.)
The cost
Their age ranges
Their sex
Referral Method (yell etc..)

Just the numbers so almost like an excel spreadsheet.. make sense??

Is this possible?
