global log off

i have three netwroked pcs all running COV4 – when the staff leave for the day, they often forget to log off, making backing up impossible without going to their computers and logging off first. is there a way that i can log them all off remotely from my pc (which hosts the database) before doing a backup? or will this have to become a staff training excerise?
