printing patient summary

When I see a patient in my clinic, I ask my office staff to print out the patient details. They do this by going to the relevant diary slot, right clicking and choosing “open patient record”. They then choose “print -> print this screen”. The name of the patient in the header of the report is always the same no matter which patient is chosen. Is it something that I’m doing wrong?
