Sending e-mail Templates

I have created a new letter template that includes my company logo and artwork that I wish to send to my clients, however when I copy and paste the letter into the e-mail dialogue box I lose the colour and font size from the letter. Is there any way that I can keep the logo and artwork so that my clients receive this in their e-mail.
