Resetting data

Good morning.

Due to a change in upcoming circumstances we would like to reset all patients financial info to zero. Outstanding, in credit, payment history, every thing back to zero.
Just like we had done a fresh install of CoV4 but without loosing any of the patients other details, such as patient number, address, phone etc.
