Pop Up data entry for Forms in Clinic Office 4

Is it possible to create a popup data entry screen so to fill in fields in a form (reports and templates) in clinicoffice? It would be much like the search field popup once the report is run… but instead be used to enter data into the form/report. Also is it possible to create boolean tick boxes, and link them, and finally drop down lists in your form/report with clinic office.
