Form Designer Print trouble

Dear Support,

I am having trouble printing forms with the Form Designer.

I have been trying to print the sample case history but there seems to be always a blank page interspaced between all the pages; even though all the fields and headings fitted on the same page.

So instead of having a simple 3 page print out, I am printing out 6 pages with 3 of them mostly blank. I have attached an example for ur reference.

It would be nice not having to print 6 pages every time one goes about printing a desired form.
