e mail

The e mail reminder is fantastic. Currently we have to go into Patient record and that e mail function etc. This takes time and seems unnecessary. Lastly it only e mails next app. If a patient makes n=multiple appointments there seems no way of grouping them.
So two things,
one– an e mail button on the rght mouse click over the patients name
Two– a multiple appointment e mail ability, so all appointments post date is sent.
