Appointment Diary printing

We need to print out appointments for each day. By using the form designer from the print preview view we have been able to print out 13 hours of appointments each day (by using the from and to time on the Print Style tab) but any days longer than this appointments are displayed differently at the bottom of the page. I am also unable to spread the report over 2 pages or shrink to fit 1 page again if the appointments are more than 13 hours in a day. How can we print all appointments on a given day over a period more than 13 hours on a sigle sheet or on 2 sheets? Thanks Steve ❓
