Adding New Created Fields to Patients Data Grid

I have created new fields using the design mode in the Patients section but I would like these fields to be visiable when you return to the Patients data grid. I don’t see a way of doing this and because these fields contain vital imformation, it would avoid the hassle of opening each record just to get this information.

I could look at the patients data grid, and see the data for all the patients very quickly. Is there a way to add this information?

Any help is appreciated.
