Hi there
It’s great that you have the appointment count field in the Patient Grid. Any chance of having an appointment count of completed appointments only? At the moment the count includes cancelled, DNAs & rescheduled appointments. It would be helpful to have this count to get a true number of appointments attended.

Printing out an “Appointment List” report and setting a criteria on the Appointment Status field should give you this information.
Sure the appointment list gives us a count of completed appointments. We look at the patient visit average, ie number of visits each patient has attended. The appointment list gives a total appointment count, duplicates each patient and doesn’t give a count per patient. I just thought that having an appointment count field in the patient grid of completed appointments it would make this process much easier and you can then sort by the most visit averages etc.
