    Hi

    How can we turn of the seemingly automatic sending of messages to practioners when a patient arrives and has their status changed to ‘arrived’?

    Click VIEW | TYPES AND CATEGORIES, then choose Appointment Status. You can then select which statuses trigger the Send Message to notify the practitioners.
