    In Clinic Office 2005 – there was a feature to automatically generate flags when the appointment status was changed. eg. if a pt calls for a late cancellation and the appt status was changed, a flag would immediately pop up to jot down the reason for cancellation and add as an alert for a missed appt charge.
    This would be helpful on COV4.


    There isn’t really a need for this feature any more because this scenario can be catered for by the Patient Contact Centre. Please take a look at the Patient Contact Centre section in your User Guide, or feel free to contact our support team for more information.
