    Go to VIEW | PROGRAM SETTINGS | GLOBAL SETTINGS | SETUP SMS ACCOUNT | BUY MORE CREDITS

    [2] – If I buy credits directly through text anywhere how do they sync up to Clinic software?
    When you go to the SETUP SMS ACCOUNT section, you will notice that you can enter in your TextAnywhere account details. Purchasing credits goes onto your account, so whatever account details you have entered into ClinicOffice will have that accounts credit balance.

    Hi there Chris,

    The bring forward reminders value is to help you when the clinic is closed. For example;

    Let’s say that you have an Appointment Reminder that is set to text patients 24 hours before their Appointment. Your clinic is open Mon-Fri. If you wanted the 24hr reminder to text patients with Appointments on a Monday, you would need ClinicOffice to be open on Sunday for the reminder to run.

    However, if you bring forward reminders that fall on Saturday & Sunday, then the reminders for Mondays Appointments would get sent out on the Friday.

    Hi Mat,

    Thank you that is perfect. I was trying to achieve that exact process but instead I had it set to bring forward the appointment, ie set to Monday. Makes sense to me now thanks!

    I have one final (I hope!) question.

    I have to set the reminder rule for certain rooms only, however it will not remember one particular room every time I set it. It even shows as set in the summary yet when I go into edit that particular aspect the tick box is un-ticked. I have even tried setting up a rule for this room only but the same thing happens.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for your post.

    That usually happens when there is a space after the room name. Somehow the rule resets the selection because of this.

    To check, go to VIEW | TYPES AND CATEGORIES | ROOM LIST

    Select the room that has an issue and press backspace until the the spaces have been deleted.

    Then go back to your rule and select the room again, you should find the selection stays this time!
