      Hi have a new clinic PC.

      I’ve moved the licences over to the new machine.
      I’ve backed up the database and restored it on the new machine.
      The operating system and other software on the new machine is all working fine and are the same as prevous system.

      All aspects of ClinicOffice seem to be working fine apart from the “Clients Notes” screen.

      I can view reports, add patients, access the diary, view the patient record screen, view clinical summaries etc… but if I click on “client notes” from the patient record screen or click on “Add session notes” from the diary the system crashes and becomes frozen???? I need this sorted ASAP.

      Things I’ve tried
      Deleting ClinicOfffice and re-installing the software and re-restoring the database
      Restoring the database to a new data file,
      Restoring the database to the existing database
      Check and repair tool, no errors/issues found.

      System
      Intel i3 processor dual core
      4GB RAM
      1TB HDD
      Windows 7 64bit Professional
