collating figures under our outcomes report

We have a custom report that you produced for us, for our outcomes that lists what each client was treated for is there a way
of it automatically counting each column as we are presently having to do this manually from the screen? ❓

Hi there,

Thanks for your post.

If you GROUP the report by the Clinical Outcome then it will give you a total of each one – for example

Outcome: Improved (17)
Outcome: Worse (11)

You can then expand/collapse each group to show each individual outcome and other relevant information i.e. patient information.

To do this simply drag and drop the column header into the space above the columns where it says DRAG COLUMN HERE TO GROUP BY COLUMN.

If you want an actual counter then I will have to pass this to the development team. As it’s extra customization there would probably be a charge for this.
