Hi,
I have just got a new router in reception. Everything works fine here. But I cannot connect to Clinic office database in reception from my office. I have internet (via a wire to router) in my office. I can connect to the reception PC and checkout documents etc.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message I get when I switch on Clinic Office in my office and try to connect to the database in reception. I also note that clinic office loads very slowly
Hope you can offer me some advice

Addendum to the last post. I have reset my license and downloaded new edition of CO. I cannot log on to Clinic office now so I can’t point the license to this pc
I have managed to get it working. Checked out some older posts in the forum. Issue was the reception PC was not visible! Steve
