    Hello,
    We have a few automatic rules in contact centre to send reminders to clients by email…is there any way we can check who was contacted and be sure the emails have been sent?

    Hi Pedro,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. There is a report in the Reports & Templates section that should help you with this. It’s entitled: “Contact Rule Log” and is in the Patients Section by default.
