    I am having a problem adding a family head to a patient record – this has been fine until this morning and not I am now getting an exception error every time I try and put one in – please help! I have rebooted and restarted both Clinic Office and my Laptop.

    Thanks for the post.

    My first suggestion would be to run a CHECK & REPAIR. To do this, you need to log off ClinicOffice,
    click TOOLS | CHECK & REPAIR

    Once you have done this, try it again and let me know how you get on!
