    Hi,
    Sometimes I would like to email a report (or invoice) directly to the client thru email. Now when I click the ’email as’ button, it acts the same as the ‘save as’ button.
    Am I overlooking something?

    When you “EMAIL AS” with an attachment, you must first save the attachment to a location on your hard disk so that your default email program can attach the file to a new email.

    Please try saving the file (e.g. to your desktop) and then you should see a new blank email pops up with the file attached to it. You can then delete the file after sending the email.

    Hi thanks for explaining.
    My default email program is clinic office. So I’d expect an email to popup out of clinic…
    Please advise.

    Thanks for explaining further. We have been able to reproduce your problem back here and it appears that the problem is more deep rooted than we expected. We will now look into rectifying this issue and produce a fix as soon as possible.
