    With the ClinicOffice Email Manager, when you start entering an email address, ClinicOffice tries to be helpful by prompting you with a list of emails to pick from. This list is comprised of 2 elements :-
    [1] Emails which are in your database (i.e. for patients and contacts)
    [2] Recently used email addresses which you may have typed in on an ad-hoc basis

    It might be that you want to clear out the list of recently used emails if it contains irrelevant or obsolete addresses. To do this, simply follow these instructions :-

    [1] Click TOOLS | ADVANCED DB OPERATION
    [2] Copy and paste this code :-

    delete from emailmru

    [3] Click EXECUTE
    [4] Close the ‘Advanced DB Operation’ window, log off ClinicOffice and then log back on

    The recently used emails will now be removed from your database!
