How to print a diary in week view

Hi everyone,

You may find that you want to print a week view of the diary for one of your clinicians. Even though it’s possible by right clicking and print preview, you may just want the week view on one page. If so, please follow these instructions;

Right click in the diary
Change view to WEEK VIEW
Right click again
Click Print Preview

You will see that the week view is now on one page. If you want to change the layout, please follow these additional instructions

Go to PAGE SETUP (Top left when in Print Preview)
Arrange days left to right
(You also have the option to DON’T PRINT WEEKENDS) Tick/untick
