      Hello – with Inactive Patient Report – the report works for all combinations dates etc but not for Practitioner – it used to work but has stopped.  Any thoughts?

        Hi,

        Thanks for your post. So that we can help you further, when you say it doesn’t work, what exactly do you mean? Is an error displayed at all?

          No error message.  When trying to choose one practitioner – it shows zero result.  When I chose no practitioner then it shows all results.  But would like to see results per practitioner.  Which until recently I was able to do.

            Hi,

            Please could we request that you send the report to us. To do this, you will need to locate the report under the ‘Reports and Templates’ section of ClinicOffice, and then right click on it, and choose ‘Export’.

            Save the file to somewhere like your desktop so that you can find it easily.

            Then attach it to an email, and send to info@pioneersoftware.co.uk.

            Once we have the report, we will be able to do some testing for you.
