Mail Merge

I’m trying to use Clinic Office Word processor to mail merge from a patient letter document.

I saved the letter.
Selected ‘Perform Merge’.
The ‘Merge Criteria’ window that appears has a small selection of Favourites to select from. I need to select a practitioner here. I have tried to right click to add favourite but this option is not available. 😯
Appreciate a quick response, need to do urgent mailout..
